Description

This contains the HTTP exceptions that can come back from the REST calls to 3PAR

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.UnsupportedVersion

Indicates that the user is trying to use an unsupported version of the API

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.AuthorizationFailure

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.NoUniqueMatch

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.ClientException(error=None)

The base exception class for all exceptions this library raises.

Parameters

error (array) – The error array

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.SSLCertFailed(error=None)

The SSL certificate from the server could not be verified

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPBadRequest(error=None)

HTTP 400 - Bad request: you sent some malformed data.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPUnauthorized(error=None)

HTTP 401 - Unauthorized: bad credentials.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPForbidden(error=None)

HTTP 403 - Forbidden: your credentials don’t give you access to this resource.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPNotFound(error=None)

HTTP 404 - Not found

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPMethodNotAllowed(error=None)

HTTP 405 - Method not Allowed

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPNotAcceptable(error=None)

HTTP 406 - Method not Acceptable

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPProxyAuthRequired(error=None)

HTTP 407 - The client must first authenticate itself with the proxy.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPRequestTimeout(error=None)

HTTP 408 - The server timed out waiting for the request.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPConflict(error=None)

HTTP 409 - Conflict: A Conflict happened on the server

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPGone(error=None)

HTTP 410 - Indicates that the resource requested is no longer available and

will not be available again.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPLengthRequired(error=None)

HTTP 411 - The request did not specify the length of its content, which is

required by the requested resource.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPPreconditionFailed(error=None)

HTTP 412 - The server does not meet one of the preconditions that the

requester put on the request.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPRequestEntityTooLarge(error=None)

HTTP 413 - The request is larger than the server is willing or able to

process

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPRequestURITooLong(error=None)

HTTP 414 - The URI provided was too long for the server to process.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPUnsupportedMediaType(error=None)

HTTP 415 - The request entity has a media type which the server or resource

does not support.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPRequestedRangeNotSatisfiable(error=None)

HTTP 416 - The client has asked for a portion of the file, but the server

cannot supply that portion.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPExpectationFailed(error=None)

HTTP 417 - The server cannot meet the requirements of the Expect

request-header field.

HTTP 418 - I’m a Tea Pot

HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error: an internal error occured.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPNotImplemented(error=None)

HTTP 501 - Not Implemented: the server does not support this operation.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPBadGateway(error=None)

HTTP 502 - The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and received an

invalid response from the upstream server.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPServiceUnavailable(error=None)

HTTP 503 - The server is currently unavailable

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPGatewayTimeout(error=None)

HTTP 504 - The server was acting as a gateway or proxy and did

not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

class hpe3parclient.exceptions.HTTPVersionNotSupported(error=None)

HTTP 505 - The server does not support the HTTP protocol version used

in the request.

This is the basis for the SSH Exceptions.
